Come to our Village meeting on
Tuesday 7th October, 7pm in Halstead Village Hall
to share your views on the planning application by Quinn Estates to build on the green belt land at Broke Hill

The Planning application states:
660 dwellings + 150 units of retirement village + a Care Home + a Primary School + local centre + café + small country park
Everyone is invited by Sevenoaks District Council to share their views in writing by Saturday 25th October 2025 on the Sevenoaks District Council website.

Getting it in context:

    • The building of Fort Halstead 635 houses is due to start early 2026
    • The SDC Local Plan identifies potential for 201 houses off Crow Drive
    • Potential for another 7 houses in Central Halstead also in the SDC Local Plan
    • More sites in Halstead are known to be under investigation for potential development
